Epicenter’s latest updates are here. Enhancements are focused on making information easier to find, keeping important work visible, and streamlining everyday tasks across the platform.

These updates reflect our continued focus on supporting the real work of authorizers, management organizations, and schools with practical technology and a dedicated support team.

## Here’s What’s New…

##### FEATURES FOR LICENSING ORGANIZATION USERS

**🌐 Share Selected Scorecard Information Publicly** Scorecard makes academic, financial, and operational performance visible for a single school and a portfolio of schools. Organizations can now make selected Scorecard information available publicly, giving families, boards, community members, and other stakeholders access to approved performance information without requiring an Epicenter account.

Scorecard users also have greater flexibility to create more complex calculations using Epicenter statistics.

**👥 See Who Is Responsible for What** Managing the Submission Type Responsibilities is now easier to review and oversee.

Administrators can:

- Leverage the new “**View by Responsbility**” feature and see which roles can perform each action

- Quickly identify assigned roles that do not currently include any users

- Receive warnings when a required workflow responsibility does not have an assigned role

- Start with default responsibilities when creating new submission types

**Why it matters:** You get a more clear view of how responsibilities are assigned and can identify potential workflow gaps more quickly.

**💬 Clear Feedback from Epicenter AI** For organizations using Epicenter AI, users will now receive a clear explanation when an uploaded document does not contain enough readable content for an AI-generated summary.

##### FEATURES FOR ALL USERS

⏰ **Reminder for Today’s Tasks and Events** Stay on top of what matters most. The new “Due Today” email gives users a daily reminder of tasks due and events starting that day, helping prevent important deadlines and activities from being overlooked. Notification settings for this new reminder email can be adjusted in the user’s Epicenter profile.

**📋 Manage Board Information More Easily** Board-management updates make it easier to identify and administer:

- **Board Vacancies:** Quickly add a new board member to a vacant seat.

- **Expired Appointments:** Board members with expired terms remain visible and included in reports, with an icon indicating their term has expired.

- **Member Term Information:** When adding a new board member, term start and end dates appear first for faster, easier entry.

These enhancements make it easier to update board members, identify board information needing attention and accurately track vacant seats.

**✅ Find Recent Completed Tasks Faster** Recently completed tasks now appear at the top of the list, making it easier to quickly find and review your team’s latest work.

**🔎 See More Context on Compliance Returns** When viewing individual requirements within Compliance Center > Detail page, a return count column has been added that displays the number of returns for that entity’s requirements. Even better, upon selecting the count within the return column, it will provide a pop-up of of the return history, making it easier to understand what happened at a glance.
