Clearing Cookies

To better improve your Epicenter experience, this quick article walks you through how to clear your cookies by browser type.

Google Chrome

1. Select the icon at the top right of your browser window.
2. Select Settings
3. In the Privacy and Security section, click the Clear browsing data option.
4. Use the Time range drop-down to choose an option.
   1. We recommend All time for best performance.
5. Ensure only Cookies and other site data is selected.
6. Click the Clear data button.
7. Close the browser.
8. Open a new browser session and go to https://my.epicenternow.org/. It should now load properly.

Firefox

1. Click In the upper-right corner.
2. Click Options
3. Click Privacy and Security in the left navigation pane.
4. Click Clear Data located in the Cookies and Site Data section.
5. Ensure only Cookies and Site Data is selected.
6. Click Clear.
7. Close the browser.
8. Open a new browser session and go to https://my.epicenternow.org/. It should now load properly.

Safari

1. Open the Safari menu
2. Select Preferences… (⌘,)
3. Select the Privacy tab
4. Select the Manage Website Data… button
5. [Allow access, if necessary]
6. Search for epicenternow.org
7. Select epicenternow.org from the list
8. Click Remove.
9. Close the browser.
10. Open a new browser session and go to https://my.epicenternow.org/. It should now load properly.

Microsoft Edge

1. Open the Edge menu by clicking the icon in the top-right corner.
2. Select Settings.
3. Click Privacy, search, and services in the left navigation pane.
4. Locate the Clear browsing data section.
5. Click the Choose what to clear button.
6. Use the Time range drop-down to choose an option.
   1. We recommend All time for best performance.
7. Ensure only Cookies and other site data is selected.
8. Click the Clear now button.
9. Close the browser.
10. Open a new browser session and go to https://my.epicenternow.org/. It should now load properly.
